February 25, 2011-- This is how I like to jumpstart my mornings....Forget the coffee, give me a fresh blended smoothie ANYDAY! Want the recipe? I shall never tell ;) Haha..just teasing.
Ingredients:
*Makes a 16oz. smoothie..perfect for boosting your metabolism and great for a midmorning snack. Just saying ;)
About 1/2 cup Orange Juice
2 decent sized handfuls of ice
Couple spoonfuls of yogurt (your choice of flavor) OR an entire little cup you buy at the store.
As for Fruit, my faves inclue:
3 Strawberries
1 Whole Banana
and sometimes I add other things like blueberries, raspberries, or something like that. YUM YUM!
BLEND! ENJOY! :)
